The winners are determined by lot. Every single survey participant has the same odds. Answering the survey multiple times does not change the odds.

There is no possibility to recourse to legal action. No legal claim exists for a payment in amount of the prize. (§ 762 BGB)

Any disputes arising hereunder will be settled before a competent Munich court of law
